Those interested in Licensure and/or Ordination should contact the Exam Committee Clerk. Our goal is to present you before KSWOC Presbytery as a man ready to gain the respect and confidence of Presbytery as one suitable for Gospel ministry.

Sermon and Exams
A) Subjects: Practical Bible, PCA BCO, The Westminster Standards, Sermon, and Oral Exam.
B) The sermon manuscript must also be submitted with your sermon audio. (Length: 30 minutes). Please follow the guidelines:
1) Front cover: Include title, name, and date
2) Bind it with the page number
3) Include footnotes, bibliography, and proper grammar
4) Must show PCA/Reformed understanding of theology
5) Font size: 12, Length: 15 pages, Spacing: Double
C) If you are applying for licensure, you will be asked to preach a shorter version of your sermon on the floor of the presbytery (Length: 10 minutes).

When you meet with the Exam Committee:
In accordance with BCO 19, you shall be orally examined on the Christian experience and inward call to preach the Gospel, and also on English Bible, Theology, and the Book of Church Order.
Once the Exam Committee has accepted your sermon, you will preach this sermon either before the committee or before the entire Presbytery.
